carrie911 explains this pet as the inspiration of her story: I don't know, I just looked at this pet and started adding items and it came out like this. I loved how it looked so much, I decided to add a story to it, and this is what came from it c:
"A small boy walked out to his backyard, looking at the ground as his feet carried him forward, holding a few hand picked flowers that he found in his mothers garden. He sniffled, whipping his tears with the back of his sleeve as he walked towards a mound of dirt that was recently disturbed. There was a cross stuck by the head of the dirt, and in the wood was a name engraved; 'Pal' . It was a grave, the boys dog's grave.
The boy stood there, visibly shaking. He seemed confused about death as he stood there, wondering why Pal needed to go. Of course the dog was old, but he still had some time left. Sure, he couldn't chase after a ball as quick as he was younger, but he could still do it. The boy's hand then clenched, his eyes filling up with more tears. He got down on his knees before the grave, setting the flowers neatly down on the grave. His hand lingered there, toughing the soft petals of the flower. He fisted his hand, and chocked out his words, "Pal, why did you have to go? I didn't want you to be taken away!!" he cried, putting his head in his hands as he wept.
Pal watched his boy, whimpering as he watched his master with sadness. The dog didn't like seeing him distressed, he wanted him to understand.
The dog then smiled meekly, tears slowly going down his face. He watched the boy, looking at him with the same caring eyes that the boy gave him in his last days.
"Billy, listen please." the dog whimpered.
To his surprise, the boy quieted. The dog knew he couldn't hear him, and that it was just a coincidence, but he still needed to say what was needed.
"Its going to be okay, im fine." barked the dog, his eyes never leaving his master. "It was my time to go, and i'm at peace. I dont feel the pain no more." the dog quieted for a bit, a few more tears dropping. As the dog continued looking down at his master, a true smile appeared on his face, his tail slowly wagging --
"I'm still here Billy, i'll always be here. And don't you worry, i'll have my ball ready for when you come."
