Mosspatch sent in a short story about adopting a fox from the pound!
The pound pets watched a tall ginger walk by, passing all of them, but stopped when her gaze landed on a small ginger bundle. A little Fox runt, its collar marked with the word "Common." Just before the pound closed, the ginger girl took the Fox kit away.
Its been a full year now, and the Fox kit got its name. The once small ball of ginger fur was now an adult Fox, near unnoticeable wings protruding from its back giving him an angelic look like the red head had told him.
His name is Cozan, and his adventure has just begun.
